A practice built around exception discipline
Digi Auto Hub works with internal audit teams who need policy exception tracking that holds up when the audit committee asks hard questions.
Origin
We began in Changhua County after years spent inside internal audit functions where exception registers grew faster than anyone could explain. Approvals were scattered across mailboxes; compensating controls were promised in a sentence and never sampled.
Digi Auto Hub was formed to give Taiwan-based audit teams an outside pair of eyes on that register—without turning the conversation into a general controls overhaul unless you ask for one.
How we work
We start from your written policies and the live register, not from a generic checklist. Engagements stay time-boxed. Findings name owners. Closing briefings are short enough for busy control owners to attend.
What we value
Readable findings
Committee packs should not need a translator. We write in plain language tied to the policy clause at stake.
Evidence over optimism
Closure means documented re-performance, not a verbal assurance that “things are better now.”
Respect for local rhythm
We schedule around Taiwanese reporting calendars and prefer on-site time when evidence lives in filing cabinets rather than folders.
