Acceptance
By using digiautohub.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. Engagement-specific letters of engagement prevail over website copy where they conflict.
Services described
Content on this site describes Digi Auto Hub’s professional services for policy exception tracking and related internal audit support. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only after both parties sign or otherwise accept a written engagement letter.
No professional advice from browsing
Articles and general pages do not constitute an audit opinion, legal advice, or a substitute for an engagement. Decisions about your exception register remain yours until we are formally engaged.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, and materials created by Digi Auto Hub are protected. You may not copy them for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by that engagement’s IP clause.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content through forms, or impersonate another person when contacting us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digi Auto Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability limits are stated in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Taiwan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
