Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers Digi Auto Hub professional engagements for policy exception tracking, register health checks, remediation follow-up, and briefings.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for Digi Auto Hub engagements described on this site. Website browsing is free; there are no product purchases or shipping refunds.
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit stated in the engagement letter (typically 30–50% of the estimated fee). Deposits secure scheduling and preparatory work.
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel more than fourteen (14) days before the agreed start date, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable preparation costs already incurred, documented on request.
Cancellations within fourteen days of the start date may receive a partial refund of unused fees after deducting preparation time, reserved on-site days, and administrative costs. Deposits may be non-refundable in this window if preparation has begun.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least seven (7) days’ notice and a mutually available date exists within ninety days. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling charge stated in writing.
Work already started
Once register intake or testing has begun, fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Unused future phases may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the engagement is stopped by mutual written agreement.
No-shows
If key client contacts fail to attend a booked briefing or on-site day without timely notice, that day’s fee is payable and not refundable. We will offer one alternate date subject to availability.
Purchased materials
Printed checklists or materials prepared specifically for your briefing are non-refundable once produced. Digital handouts delivered under an engagement remain subject to the engagement’s IP terms.
Digi Auto Hub cancellation
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a rescheduled date at no extra fee.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@digiautohub.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
Engagement letters may set different deposit or cancellation terms for large multi-site reviews; those written terms control.
